i really tried to get into this, but i just couldn't. i guess her writing style just isn't for me.
A pretty good tale. As the back of the book notes, the author is married to another author STEPHEN KING, who helped outline and edit the novel---and maybe it shows!

Interesting, complex characters. Written in flash-backs, it explores the lives of two very different people and an unconventional kind of love affair.
