I found all the experiences of other caregivers extremely helpful to me.
No matter how close or far we live from our parents or what our other responsibilities in life are we can find ways to help our parents live with dignity to the end. AND make peace with our siblings abilities or lack thereof to contribute to this process.
Since what is available in the way of services and facilities varies from community to community a book like this is not a great local resource guide, but does point you in the right direction.

Was a good beginning if you are dealing w/aging parents. I found I would want more specifics pertaining to my individual situation, being an only child. Otherwise, it was well written and informative.
