Typical Robert Ludlum story with lots of action and suspense. It is about someone possibly stealing smallpox virus from the Soviet Union and releasing it on the world.
Fast paced and suspenseful - in true Ludlum fashion!
A classic!
I enjoyed this book quite a bit. I hope you do, too.
Ludlum is a great writer. I enjoy the intrigue and suspense of his books.
Second book of the series. Not as "good" as the ones co-authored by Gayle Lynds. International espionage/counterterrorism with a technological slant.

A COVERT-ONE BOOK FULL OF GOVERNMENT CONSPIRACY
The action never stopped in this, the second "COVERT ONE" novel. I really enjoyed this thriller, though I have to wonder about the number of corrupt individuals in high places, who continue to stick their heads out and dare someone to do something.
Everyone of his books has been great so far. Always a lot of action from start to finish.
Another action filled book. Hard to put down once it gets going.

This is my favorite Robert Ludlum book-non-stop action!
Ludlum's at his best in this fast-moving thriller!
A fantastic continuation of the series.

The specter of smallpox has been eliminated from the earth, right? Oh, but there are small amounts of the deadly stuff kept secure in the USA and Russia. Oh, really? In this book, a bit of the smallpox is smuggled out of Russia and sent straight to ... but that's the core of the plot and you'll have to read it for yourself. A fine plot, one that will keep you turning the pages.
Good Ludlum spy novel

A very good ludlum novel. Done in his usual supurb style.
Second book in the "Covert One" series. Super ending.
