Today I took DD to her math tutor's house. DD acts a little funny in car. I had her on "Ignore Member." Half-way there, new kitten escapes from where DD is trying to hide it, under her jacket. I explain to DD not good idea to bring kitten. Might cause car wreck. DD apologizes. Says she wanted to make funny, hand me kitten just as she got out of car, and say, "Here, take care of this." I say, "Ha, Ha" and, But never do this again. Next thing. Big, bad smell from back seat of car. Scared new kitten has reacted to being taken away from safety of the house, the only way he knows. And, boy he sure know how to put up a stink! Got to math tutor's house. Parked car. Found some paper towels. DD cleans up after kitten, while I hold kitten. DD takes smelly paper towels to math teacher's door to ask for plastic trash bag. I drive home in smelly car w/ new kitten. I can not open car windows all the way, for fear kitten will jump out. Drive home all the way, with one hand. Holding nose with other. Always has been an especially smelly cat.
