Another hit in the Midnight Louie saga. And how appropriate to read at this time of the year since it's depicting the Halloween season.
The most disappointing Midnight Louie book yet - there was no real murder! The story dragged too much, too little happened, what did happen wasn't that interesting. The only saving grace for the book was the relationship between Temple and Max heated up and I liked having more of him and his mysterious past in the book. I still like the series and will continue to read the books just this one was a little bit of a let down.
