Despite the changes in perspective, this was vintage Albert/Bayles story telling. I really enjoyed this book and the way this mystery was set up made the narrator changes complimentary to the story. It is entirely set in PS, which I enjoy more than the others where they go off somewhere and although you don't see as many of the regulars in this one, it is still a great addition!
20th in the China Bayles cozy series; doesn't seem to matter too much if you read them out of order. This one alternates between third-person POV of Sheila Dawson, and in a much smaller part the first-person POV of China. Seemed to drag a bit in the middle, and then all sorts of stuff breaks loose in the last quarter. Much of a piece with the others; a pleasant few hours diversion but nothing amazingly memorable.
I love this series of books. I never figure out who done it until the end. Highly recommended!
Maybe not my favorite of the "China Bayles" series but still a good read.
