I thought this book would involve more of the cats solving the mystery, but instead, the cats were hardly involved in the book. So for tihs book to be a cat mystery is rather misleading. Though still a good book, though a bit predictable, it was a good, quick, read. And you do not need to read the first book in the series to understand this second book in the series.
