Pretty good - I really liked this in high school.
It has a fairly predictable beginning: Teens do something regrettable; regrettable action comes back to haunt them. The characters are fairly stock, but interesting enough that you get a feel for who they are and end up caring about what happens to them.
The writing is brisk and Christopher Pike is able to throw in necessary detail without bogging down the story with them.
It's an extremely satisfying read.

Middle School Age book. Another Christopher Pike series. One by one the chain letter was coming to each of them...demanding dangerous, impossible deeds.. threatening violence if the demands were not met. No one out of the seven wanted to believe that this nightmare was really happening to them. Until the accidents started happening and the dying chaining letter.
Good for the young who like mystery and a little romance.
