A classic early Elizabeth Lowell. Very light and easy to read, which suited my mood at that moment.
If you ever had any doubts about reading a Lowell novel, they will be **ahem** "put to bed" with this one. We could all only wish to be loved as much as Lowell gives us hope for.
I take her lessons and add it to my life any way I am able to. This book taught me that love is understanding and patient and kind. This book will have you sucked in from start to finish as you battle with Mandy and Sutter, as you cry with her and get angry at him, and of course smile at the end.
Take the time to read this one, you won't be disappointed at all - I'd (almost) bet a credit on it ;)

Excellent tender, sensuous story of love & courage on a tiny Australia island near the Great Barrier Reef. Very well written.
