It was a good book and well written but he ruined it by adding his politics. Why, why whyyy would anyone who knew how vulnerable people can be and how evil others are spend a great deal of his book advocating to take away the right to self defense and access to weapons that didn't depend on size? Why!?! In any case, Jenson does. You just get into the narrative then all of the sudden you are hit with an "I don't like guns." It takes away from the book.
He also advocates against capital punishment.
