I love all the Chicken Soup books and this book is no exception. It is filled with 101 stories of the changes and choices that real teens had to make about growing up. It has stories from:
Mia Hamm
Karl Malone
Beverly Mitchell
*NSYNC
I highly reccomend this book I know there were many stories that nearly made me cry especially the stories in the Death and Dying section. This is a wonderful book that all teenagers should read.

When I read this book it was really helpful. It helps preteen's deal with a lot of issues like relationships, people you love passing away, and friendships. This book is really good.

From remembering their own life experience or to watching their own children grow, most people recognize that the preteen years, ages nine to thirteen, can be one of the most awkward times in life-a period of tremendous physical and emotional change. At this age, youngsters are eager to leave the "kid" stage, yet are uncertain about what adolescence will bring; they'd rather listen to peers over parents, and hear all too often to "wait until you're older." Chicken Soup for the Preteen Soul will guide kids through this transition.
