This book is full of knowledge that can help determine causes of specific symptoms due to unrecognized. It gives you detailed descriptions, charts, and directions to give you what you need to recognize and solve any allergies. It is old (1991), and could use a revision. Still completely worth it, as long as you keep this in mind. You won't be sorry.

Another helpful book in helping my husband and I pinpoint allergies in our children and figure out where to go and what to do about them. Our family doctor was brushing off their allergies as "no big deal" and not allowing it to be the cause of "Autism" or "ADHD". Amazing though, how when we got rid of the culprit foods the "Autism" and "ADHD" both went away! A true blessing of a book!

Excellent book for the layperson to identify some of the environmental/food sensitivities that may be causing behavior problems.
