This book is about the children of Paul Atreides, Maud'Dib, but many of the old characters are back and are very welcome. There is a lot of mysticism and philosophy that surround the story.

I love the Dune Chronicles. They seem to encompasse so much - from political theory to philosophy to family allegiance. Each book is immensely complex.

Climactic volume of the Dune trilogy in which an alien society achieves ecological salvation.
