Christmas Eve With Mrs. Claus by M.P. Hueston is a childrens book beautifully illustrated by Teri Weidner that reminds us of all of the things that Mrs. Claus does to get ready for Christmas while Santa is making all of his important deliveries. Fortunately, she has plenty of helpers to assist in cleaning and making all of the delicious goodies.
This delightful childrens book has lovely thick pages to accommodate the cute little doors with hidden illustrations. I loved the fact that animals were used for all of the characters and the beautiful drawings are vibrant and whimsical. Like Santa, I like chocolate chips so I was delighted to find them hiding behind one of the doors! I think that children of all ages will enjoy playing with the various pages in this book that effortlessly conjures up the warm and generous feelings of the season.
