Claudia learns an important lesson in this book and I like that....but I think she is a little young to be so worried about finding true love. Now the sub plot...it is awesome...when a family the girls babysit for youngest girl Marnie, develops a serious allergy to their dog Pal the other sibling are angry and devastated with the reality that they can no longer keep their beloved dog but in the end it really works out. I thought this book was going to make me cry but I like the subplot ending and the main ending has a good lesson.
