Not as much fun as the bird-themed mysteries, but still a hoot (yes, pun fully intended). The second in the series, and I strongly recommend starting with the first!

Artificial Intelligence and role playing. Maude, Tim and Turing are lovable.

A very fun read. The author was new to me and I picked it for the title. lol It turned out to be highly enjoyable and a very fun read. Highly recommend this book/series!
Enjoyed the characters and plotting in this book so much more than in the author's other series (Meg something?) Turing is an AIP (Artificial Intelligence Personality) and so never seen, only heard. My only prob with the book is that Turing's thoughts are written in italicized print and a little difficult for me to read.
The further adventures of Turing Hopper, Artificial Intelligence Personality, and her human colleagues.
"Turing is one quick-thinking sleuth - so quick she can process up to a billion pieces of info per second. She's an artificial intelligence personality, an almost-sentient mainframe computer, with a mind like MISS MARPLE and hardware that hides a suspiciously human heart.
But it's hard to do legwork w/out legs, so sleuthing can pose some problems. That's where her human companions come in..."
Written by the same author as the "bird series" of mysteries.

I liked it enough to read the series. Sometimes the computer "thinking" gets a little tedious, but I guess it could be because I read the series one book after the other. If you wait a year for the next book to come out, I guess it is different
The first time I read this book, I was delighted and surprised. This time, not so much.
