this book is great for pre-teens. it is the 1st book of of a series and when you enter the lives of Massie,Dylan,Alicia,Kisten,and Clair you won't want to leave,its a real page turner!

A memorable book, The Clique is funny, sad, touching, and a story showing the bitter truth of popularity and "losers" in middle schools. This book is highly recommended, the first in a series, and appropriate for girls ages 10-15.

Not intended for older teens, more for middle-school. Quick, easy read, wasn't one of the best I have read. But nonetheless, it was alright.

I started the Clique series two weeks ago and I am on the fourth book and I am a very slow reader! These book are addicting. This is a story kind of behind the scenes of what it is like to be bullied by cliques or be in a clique! I recomend this book to readers in the ages of 11-18!
I get these books for mi 14 yr old daughter and she reads them in 3 days. She also loves the gossip girl series and A-list series. I just cant get all the books it time!!

I just finished this book and I can safely say that it is the best book I have ever read.
When I picked this book up in the library, I didn't really expect much of it. A couple of friends had recommended it and I figured I'd give it a shot.
Once I started reading, I was drawn in. I couldn't put the book down and finished a book a day in this series until I finished.
I would recommend this series to anyone who wants a book that is realistic, humorous, and has a gripping storyline.

A good read but very very superficial. I would not want someone reading this book at the age I was when I did. But that is who this series is targeted for, younger generations of the gossip girl readers.
The Author really expresses the need for teenagers to fit in with that popular crowd and shows just how cruel girls can be when they feel their "group" is at stake. The book itself will keep you wanting more, I've red everyone in the series, so far. Although the first book is a bit lacking, not sure of what, but the ending just felt empty. As for the rest of the book it's ok, it'll keep you reading. It is a quick read, great for a rainy day.
