I just love this book! It was a favorite of me and my 3 siblings. My DD loves it now. The book is funny, highly imaginative, and the illustrations are just fanstastic and also funny-very detailed. I can practically guarantee almost any child will love this book.

My most favorite book from when I was a child. A story of the people in the town Chewandswallow lol. The weather brings them thier food but soon the weather begins to change! Great childrens book. Highly recommended.

For the hilarious sense of humor: playing with food takes on a new twist! It will rain food--only, like the weather, you never can tell just what :-) Small town friendliness throughout book.
This was my all time favorite book as a child. Anytime I see it I have to quickly read it again. A great story about a town where all the food falls from the sky!
