Twelve-year old Henry Coffin helps out his dad at the Coffin and Pale Detective Agency. Only one thing is missing: he's itching for the chance to work on a case of his own. And then beautiful, blonde Lily Larson walks in. Is he dreaming? Lily wants them to find her mother--who's lost for the fourth time! Henry knows he's close to solving the mystery when he stumbles upon a secret mileage log, the petals of a strange flower, and a painted wooden storm--some very mysterious clues. What he doesn't know is that his search for Lily's missing mother may lead him into some very serious danger.
