Professor Liz Sansborough former CIA operative and undercover agent Simon Childs are plunged back into the kill game of international conspriracy that knows no mercy, and is leaving no survivors
Should have read the first book on Liz Sansborough, I think it's "The Masquerade" by Gayle Lynds first....If I had, I would have enjoyed this book more. It's not a sequel per se, but does refer to the first book often.
Very interesting. I've ordered more of her books!!
I found this book featured at a local bookstore because Gayle Lynds lives here in Santa Barbara - once I started it I was hooked and continued to rapidly read everything she wrote. In Sue Grafton's words..."watch out Robert Ludlum!"...she is definately tops in her field of "fast-paced international espionage thrillers." I, obvioulsy, highly recommend all her books!
A long book but a good read.
Lots of intrigue and action along with Cold War history. Good book for historical fans.
"In a sequel to Masquerade, former CIA agent Liz Sansborough's quiet life is shattered when her Cold War assassin father's past catches up with her, a situation that results in her cousin's kidnapping and the blackmailing of several prominent figures." - worldcat.org
