Not one of his best but still a very good read.

Gripping, from beginning to end, can't put it down!
This book is missing Dust Jacket.
** spoiler alert ** This is another of Koontz's books where we must suspend belief...
It starts out quickly and builds suspense very well, however I didn't like that the source of the portents, good and evil, were from the protagonist's mind (as revealed in the latter half of the book). I felt it was a cop out. In any case, it was an easy read and a pleasant way to spend a few hours. Recommended - even if it disappointed me with its ending.

This is definitely not the best Koontz novel. I didn't really like the characters as much as his other notable ones. As for the story, it was interesting and bizarre. It's worth reading, but don't expect much compared to Koontz's other novels.
Interesting book, but a little out there. I did figure out what was going on partway through the book, which is always fun.
If you like Dean Koontz, you will like this book.
I just finished this book and it was fantastic!
Excellent Koontz. I'm never sure where he is taking me but I sit back and enjoy the ride and I am always thrilled to see where we end up. So many twists and turns it will keep you guessing. Highly recommended.
Unabridged on 9 audio cassettes approx 16 hours (which go by so fast)

One of Dean Koontz' best efforts!
I love Dean Koontz, and this book lived up to all my expectations.
Another Great Koontz!!!
Good condition. It's not my favorite Koontz book, but makes a good read. I didn't figure out the source of the "problem" until almost the end of the book, and even then I was surprised by the end.
