Although this book was published in 1980 it is timeless! I really liked it. The information was simple to follow and I was able to do a professional consultation on myself right in my own home. I especially liked the information on clothing colors - it makes such a big difference! The right colors really change my whole appearance - I look healthier and younger. I also found out there are a lot of colors I could wear I didn't think I could. A great book for every woman.

The book is informative, but this version is old. I'm not sure the colors in it are correct, for they may have faded. :( If there is an updated version, I suggest getting that one.

Nice idea... and has some truth to it. Not necessarily a tried and true method that's quaranteed to work for everyone. Good guidelines though.
