This book was entertaining and readable. Aside from the minor extraterrestrial plot, I enjoyed it. Ridgway does a good job of bringing Honor, who was kidnapped and now fears dark places and Bram, whose wife died and who now isolates himself, together. These characters are interesting, their romance believable and the subplot is enjoyable as well. Recommended

Second book from Hot Water, California. Continue with characters met in the first book. Fun, sexy.

I loved the characters in this. Both the hero and heroine are tormented, intelligent, and funny. Well written, the story doesn't sag any where. I didn't even mind the UFO subplot until the end where the author used it as a way to give a couple of characters epiphanies. That really disappointed me because things were going so well and it struck me as a cop-out. A real deus ex machina even though it was foreshadowed and a sour note in an otherwise fantastic story.
