I had been hoping for a reliable book with fiber counts for everyday foods. While reviews and the book itself claim it includes fiber amounts, as often as not the fiber count is listed as "n.a." What counts they do give often conflict with other sources. Given it was the reason I got the book, I haven't found it particularly useful. My copy is an older copy, but the last time I looked at this book in the store a couple years ago, it didn't seem to have improved much on that account.
Great reference book that gives counts of calories, carbs, protein, cholesterol, sodium, fat, and fiber.
