The book is grouped by the different "excuses" people tell (themselves) why they cannot lose weight. Each "logical" excuse is taken apart by the author. I think it's an honest way of looking at oneself. At the end there are also a few honest tips. If you are interested in knowing why you "just" can't lose weight, this is for you. Has a very extensive reference section.
