This book has some unique recipes, such as "Kaernemaelkskoldskaal"(Cold Buttermilk Soup),"Slottsstek"(Royal Pot Roast), "Kermakakku"(Sour Cream Poundcake) and many many more. Even tho my best friend is from Sweden I never got brave enough to try any!
