Ultra charming! A story told from the viewpoint of Cosmo, the elderly family dog, about life with Max, Emmaline, Mom and Dad. It's touching, even bittersweet, and had me revisiting my own memories of my childhood pets. There's a special bond between Cosmo and Max, and they scheme to win a huge dance contest in order to save the parent's marriage. A quick and sensitive read that even adults will find irresistible. 4 stars.
