If you liked "Mad About You," you'll love this book. You can hear Paul and Jamie talking. Paul Reiser is hysterical and his words are so true about marriage.
A popular standup comic's gentle riffs on the non-single state. Buy two -- one for yourself, one for your significant other -- and read them in bed together. This book is pretty funny and was passed around to a lot of my other friends.
I remember reading this book (before I was even in a relationship or married) and I loved it! I laughed so much. So funny and I couldn't wait to read his next book, babyhood, which was also very good!
I can not keep this book. It is just too funny. I have to share.
Read in one day. Hilarious and very true.
Funny stuff. I could see myself and my spouse in almost every story. If you liked "Mad About You", you'll love this book!
This is a wonderfully funny book. His perceptions of relationships are witty and right on point. Its a great light read.
This is a funny book and a good present to give for newlyweds.
I read this as a teenager. Why? I do not know. I loved his show so I thought it would be just as amusing. It was funny, but I had no clue what he was talking about. Looking back at it now as a wife and a mother, it hits the nail on the head as far relationships go.
Really like this book. Lots of laugh-out-loud moments that I had to repeat to a friend because they were such real, authentically funny observations on relationships.
