This is an excellent reference book on the how and why of how issues make their way to the Supreme Court as Constitutional issues. Readable (for mature Jr. High School & HS) I used it as a reference in grad shcool. Covers a wide variety of cases, explains the judicial issues, and shows the impact of bringing these issues through the arduous process of protracted legal procedings on the individuals involved. A good introduction to the process of constitutional law and just what the Supreme Court does. Highly recommended.
