I often heard that this book is pretty much the "Bible for survivors of sexual abuse". Wonderful resource - covers every aspect of recovery. The validation I found in this book, along with its resources helped give me the courage to reach out locally and find the help I needed for my recovery journey. I can't recommend it highly enough for survivors!
