This novel is thick with spycraft, which I enjoyed. However, the author withheld a key fact about one character, which after it was revealed, did not seem to me to fit well enough with the way the author had previously portrayed this character. Therefore I found the book somewhat confusing. Still, I would (and will) read other books by this author.
