This is an ok book. Not one of my favorites for pregnancy but it is helpful especially if you're into natural birthing and believe you and your baby are connected from the beginning.

A good "touchy-feely" book about birthing. Many exercises (emotional and social) to do in preparation for childbirth. It's well worth having in your collection (I offer mine only because I have another copy).
