This is SARK's first book I believe. I enjoyed it - I am a huge SARK fan, but this one is missing the number of excitingly colored pages that her more recent books have. Still there are plenty of bits of SARK wisdom that spoke to me immediatly and others to savor for later. It does contain some her classic material as well - "How to be an Artist", "How to Really Love a Child", and "How to Treasure an Old Person" to name a few.

Loved this book. Great ideas, very inspirational!!!
The purpose of this book is to free your creative spirit and to help you become a better person. It is written in a free way, no structured paragraphs and gives many ideas for creativity. It is a "fun" book.
I love SARK! I always feel uplifted reading her books. I have nearly all of them and recommend them to my creative friends.

If you loved Sarks other books, you'll love this one. It's a fun and lighthearted, creatively inspiring, self-affirming read. It's one of those books you could flip open at pretty much any page for instant creative inspiration. Has some fun and not hard-to-do hands on and visualization activities, plus some good quotes. And it really does get those fun childlike creative energies flowing. This book is an inspiring, fabulous and easy read.
