This is a good "who-dunnit" book, but I must say that I found some of the beliefs and practices of the priest charged with murders, a little unsettling.
This is the first book that I have read by Ben Kincaid. Once I picked it up, I couldn't put it down. It combines the legal and court process of both the Episcopal Church and the local Court in the town. All from the standpoint of a lawyer who is also a member of an Episcopalian Church and understands it's ways and traditions and also the external laws of the town it is located in. The author does a superb job of clarifying the role and responsibilities of a wayward priest and his flock.
As always hard hitting and strong
