I have used a crock pot ever since they came out and have purchased many books on crockery cooking. This is one of the best. I have copied most of the recipes for my crock pot file and am ready to pass the book on to another crock pot fan.

This was my first crockpot cookbook. Written one recipe to a page the book has a wide variety of ideas for econimcal and easy dinners. I have transfered several recipes to my computer now. Page 159 (Stuffed turkey breast) is a recipe we use a lot. We are not crazy about sage dressing, this is stuffed with a celery onion bread dressing. A good example of dinner made quickly add a green or yellow vegetable and a salad and your good to go..
