Mable Hoffman is considered to be the leading expert on crockpot cooking. Her books have been on the New York Times Bestselling author list. I can personally tell you that I love her recipes and they are very healhful and delicious. I no longer have a crockpot, as I have downsized a great deal. I highly recommend this book if you own a crockpot or are thinking of buying one.
