This one really hit hard! It's one the best series I've ever read and the best one that Dean Koontz has written!
This book is the third in the âJane Hawk' series. To appreciate the full value of the series, they should be read in order, as each successive book builds on the previous story. This story is full of terror and suspense, and Jane continues on her path to take down the worst forces one can imagine. It has an incredible tense build-up throughout the book that just doesn't let up. But this book (as with the previous books in the series) does not end with any kind of resolution. You know that there has to be more to the story. That comes in book number 4, I would hope.
