ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT! this book is the BEST! he clearly explains his precepts and how he came to these conclusions. He explains WHY his conclusions make sense ( and dollars!). I agree with just about the whole book. I have advised my corporate office to read the part about treating employees as you want them to treat customers. fantastic!
