Enjoyable cozy read. Savannah has recently divorced and working on a new career as a realtor. When she fills in for one of her coworkers at a showing and finds the realtor dead in the property she starts on a whirlwind trail of finding clues to not one but two murders with a very "bad" boy type who is looking into things as well.
