Even though I got to page 200 I just couldn't continue
This book has 480 pages and I think half of that is descriptions and that is pet peeve of mine with a book
By page 200 I was tired of reading about Daria's family because what do they have to do with this story?
Enter CJ and I just didn't care
I kind of liked Manny, the detective, but not enough to try to finish so many pages of NOTHING toward the main story and just a rehash of another book
Doesn't mean I won't try another by Hoffman because I do have another on hand so we'll see what happens with it before I mark her off my author list
