The entire message of this book is this:
There is no diet for ADD/ADHD. Through a process of elimination, figure out which food(s) agravate your child's behaviors, and avoid them. There, you've read the book.

I liked this book because it spoke to me at a "human/Mom" level which I preferred over the physician level. It takes into account that each child is unique and should be treated so. It also approachess ADD/ADHD at a non-drug level which is where I wanted to start. I got alot out of this little book and and it helped me alot at a hard and confusing time to do the next right thing for my child.
