Enjoyed this book until pg 58 but by pg 60 I had to stop reading. Unkind & relentless descriptions of an old horse and by the 5th or 6th one (just within these 2 or 3 pages) I just had to stop. It really ruined what might've been a good book.

Handsome cowboy, Wade Miller shows up in Dry Creek, looking for the daughter of his closest friend. His plan is to find Lucy Hall and take her back to her father's bedside so he can see her before he dies. Like most plans in our favorite romance novels, there are some problems along the way. The biggest one - she doesn't want to have anything to do with her father, or with Wade. Like the best romance stories, all's well that ends well!

An absolutely wonderful, thought provoking read.
