This may be Harriet Lerner's best book yet. As she is a bit older now than when The Dance of Anger hit the shelves, her tone is wise, gentle, and self-deprecating. She uses anecdotes from her life in addition to the stories of clients in order to help foster connection even in some extremely difficult situations. Highly recommended.
