Another great story from Carolyn Jewel. I really enjoyed Iskander & Paisley's story. Definitely worth the wait AND the PBS credit!
That being said, I have to admit I felt the ending was rushed and left me feeling vaguely unsettled. It was almost like they'd reached their page/word count & had to end the story. I was also left wondering about the fate of a certain character, but maybe Ms. Jewel will clear that up in the next book. Dare I hope that Kynan gets his own book?! Or Leonidas?? Can't wait for the next one!!
