Learning about Manilito (little man), and his journey to make sure his lifemate Maryann, who is more then she appears, will consent to stay and help him heal. You learn more about the del la cruz brothers and about the Prince's family as well. It was nice to find this book after reading the "Dark Celebration" book.
MaryAnn maybe a girly girl, but she is just as stubborn as any other lifemate, plus she brings and added surprise that makes her even more of a handfull then anyother.
I can't wait to read about his brother's adverture next.
