I started really getting into the book at the beginning. It faded as I started to move through the book. The biggest issue for me was the characters. I didn't really like most of them. The main character, Lynn, I think I would've liked when she was younger. She was strong and curious and smart. When she got older, she seemed to be somewhat of a pushover. Not until close to the end did it seem to get better. Lynn became that strong woman you saw at the beginning. Her friend Roxy, who I tried hard to like with all of her sass but failed, redeemed herself as well. I'm glad I read the book and would recommend.
