Kymberly Hunt has created an inspirational story in the old-fashion romantic sense. Definitely not for readers who are looking for a HOT & STEAMY romance. Ms. Hunt does a great job with the descriptive imagery of the fictional country, Cielo Vista and all the other cities visited throughout the novel are excellently portrayed.~~~~~~~ The characters of Jasmine Burke and Noah Arias were very well developed. The author provides plenty of background information and in depth detail as to what makes them tick. Their relationship starts as a friendship, and moves along slowly and eventually they fall in love. Along the way there are several challenges they must overcome. Noah and his loss of memory is something that could destroy their budding relationship and also put both their lives in DANGER. And Jasmine MUST learn to forgive herself and start living her life instead of just BARELY existing. Morgan, who was SIMPLY adorable, plays a key role in motivating Jasmine to believe in herself and start living her life once AGAIN.~~~~~~~Ms. Hunt has written a story that touches on issues of abandonment, child abuse, dysfunctional families, life-altering accidents/tragedies and more. âDawn's Harborâ, although it's more of an inspirational story, has a few suspenseful twists that kept me turning the pages just to find out what would happen. The characters are typical, yet believable enough to make the story seem plausible. It had some romantic and touching moments, but I just didn't get swept away, like I had hoped. Overall I thought it was a slow-moving novel, but still a worthwhile read!

Not your typical romance novel. More a focus on a woman rebuilding her life after severe depression and her budding romance with a man rebuilding his life after a period of amnesia. It has suspense and intrigue interwoven through it. The heroine also has a moral compass guiding her in her romance and life. Enjoyable and not your formulaic romance novel.
