Sarah at 24 years old could drive a wagon, even though deep rivers as well or better than most men. Sarah was kind and a compassionate christian woman and tried to help everyone. She, her mom and brothers decided to go to Montana where she began a life as a schoolteacher, quit, married and had 5 children. Sarah had a lot of drive, dare and adventure for a 19th century woman.
