I bought this for my son so I did not read it and am not going to. However, I loved the way the book is laid out - to resemble a journal written by a Deadhead who traveled the circuit following the band. It says it is a "work of fiction for the most part". The people mentioned are fictional but all of the set lists, concert stubs, and dates mentioned are real. The memorabilia photographed for the book was donated by Deadheads in order to create a book that feels real. Great illustrations and real pictures. Nice book and I know my son is going to enjoy it.
