Very disturbing book. I think I heard that the girl murderer has just been released from prison.

I couldn't book this book down! Paul & Karla Bernardo are truly evil for what they did to these girls. I think Karla should've gotten more than 12 years in jail for being a part of this torture. As for Paul he's just a sick & evil person & should NEVER get out of jail!

Excellant book. However I found it hard to believe that Karla was so under his spell that she would help kill her own sister. Some of the things in this book are unblieveable, yet very much happened.

I lived in the area when this all took place and it was a very scary time. I truly believe Karla is just a guilty if not more then Paul.He was a serial rapist before he met her THEN they became killers as a team Very very Sad story.

This book is a shocking, horrific pageturner! I'm very picky with true crime books, but this one rates as one of my top 10. The most striking part of the story is how you find yourself wondering how you feel about Karla.... is she a criminal or a victim? I honestly felt she was a victim.

This book, although gave you insight to the ending all along, was a decent read. You knew what was going to happen, but it just wouldn't happen! The couple led a life of lies, corruption, deceit, and love. It's a mix of everything and it really made me enjoy reading it. I'd read it again in a second if I wasn't looking for more material!

I didn't finish this book....too much profanity & sex for my taste.
